Hi, I'm CORA. Ask me what AInsure does, what it costs, or how a certificate proves itself. Pick a question below, or type your own.

Where the honest answer is “not yet”, it says so.
AInsure does not train any AI model on your documents or conversations. CORA’s answers are written by Anthropic’s Claude, and Anthropic’s business terms say it may not train on what we send it; it deletes that content within 30 days by default. Our debugging records go to LangSmith (LangChain), whose terms say the same and which keeps them 14 days by default. Who receives what, with links to their terms, is on the How CORA works page.
Liberty Mutual, for small commercial — full intake, the underwriting questions and a rated premium back from Liberty Mutual. It runs against their sandbox while we complete production credentialing, so quotes rate but do not yet bind. Comparative quoting across carriers is built and moves with it. Everything else in the platform is live.
Yes, and that is the point. Certificates are signed with Ed25519, and the public key is published. Anyone holding the certificate and that key can check it themselves, offline, indefinitely — including if AInsure is unreachable. The sample check on our methodology page runs entirely in your browser.
No, and we keep the two apart on purpose. The signature answers 'is this document genuine'. Whether the policy is still active is a separate, live lookup, because a policy can cancel the day after a certificate is issued. Collapsing both into one 'verified' badge is the failure this design exists to avoid.
You can export your book, your documents and your certificates. Certificates stay verifiable after you go, because verification depends on the published key rather than on your account.
No. Most agencies start with certificates or CORA alongside what they already run, and import their book when they are ready. There is a bulk import for that when you are.
Not yet — no audit has been completed, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. The platform is built to those controls: agency-scoped access enforced server-side on every request, audit logs on approvals and document access, and encrypted credentials for carrier integrations.
Nothing, with no card. The free tier includes CORA at 300 messages a month, five certificates a month, and a workspace. Paid plans start at $79/month personal and $69/seat/month for agencies.
