AI systems are preparing your experience...
What CORA is, what runs it, what it will and will not do, what is kept, and who receives your data. Where something is not finished, it says so.
CORA is the assistant inside AInsure. It reads your clients, your policies and the documents you upload, and it can tell you who needs you first: renewals coming due, lapsed policies and coverage gaps. It tracks each deal from first surfaced to bound, pulls coverages, limits and dates out of a policy you upload, and answers insurance questions in plain language.
CORA’s answers are written by Anthropic’s Claude models. A small, fast one decides where each question should go, and larger ones handle the harder and regulated questions.
The software can connect to other model providers, and some of that is built, but nothing other than Claude is switched on for chat today. So we do not claim CORA is independent of any one provider. It is not, yet.
Every conversation with CORA is stored. Whoever wrote the question can rate any answer and flag it, and a person can review it. Approvals and document access are logged, and carrier credentials are encrypted.
AInsure does not fine-tune or train AI models on your documents or conversations. CORA does send content to outside providers to do its work. These two are confirmed in use, and each link goes to the provider’s own terms, which are what the sentences below rest on.
Writes CORA’s answers. Receives each question and the parts of your book and documents CORA needs to answer it.
Keeps our debugging records of CORA conversations, which can include the question, the answer and the policy text CORA read.
Some features, such as web search and reading uploaded documents, can involve other providers. We have not listed them here because we list a provider only once we have confirmed how it is used and have its terms on file, so this page says nothing about them either way. If you need to know before you sign up, ask us.
