When a carrier statement line matches, each producer's share goes out automatically at their agreed rate, with the statement line carried as the payment's reference.
One ledger across every rail
Every payment references a policy, invoice or statement line. A transfer with nothing attached to it is treated as a bug, not a feature.

Two legal questions, before any code

Moving client money between parties is money transmission in most states, and premium an agent holds is fiduciary money under state trust-account rules. There are workable structures for both — but the answer decides the architecture, so it comes first.
